Robyn Jones (along with her husband, Nick) is the founder and owner of Mudbrick vineyard and restaurant. An entrepreneur with flair, she is also a passionate fan of life on Waiheke Island. Head chef Andreas Lindberg, author of the mouth-waterign recipes, has worked in top fine-dining restaurants around the world, including top Michelin-starred restaurants in his home country of Sweden.
